IEDC KMCT and KMCT Innovation and Incubation Council(KIIC) conducted a two-day start-up boot camp at KIIC facilities. IEDCs from Nine Institutions took part in the event and ninety participants formed nine interdisciplinary teams. IEDC Nodal Officers mentored the event with Carve Startup Labs (as knowledge partner) who steered the Bootcamp. Over two days of sessions and orientation, team UNIMAR emerged as the winner.
CurioMed, MediTracker, Ora, FemiTech, Workease, Soldentaire, OPUS and Eglence delivered innovative competence spectrum and creativity over this innovation oriented Boot camp. KICC will be taking forward the nine teams nation wide competitions to scale up. National Innovation Foundation Vice Chairman Mr.N.P Rajive delivered orientation session on Innovation Ecosystem on the first day of bootcamp. He enlightened the participants on social innovation and entrepreneurship, and different challenges and opportunities regarding the same. IIT Palakkad Technology IHub Foundation CEO, Harilal Bhaskar awarded the winners and Senior Associate Corporate, Ms. Jinisha M. supported the pitch evaluation and escalated innovation oriented faculty interactions. ConvAi Innovations team that works with Metaverse in healthcare conducted interactive sessions with VR consoles and interacted with boot camp teams. Dr.Ayisha Nazreen, the Director Of Operations of KMCT GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS) inaugurated the Boot Camp on the first day. Mr.Ebin Ephrem Elavathingal Facilitator at KIIC overlooked the whole event. Mr.Rony K Roy, our innovation officer worked around the clock to make this event a grand success.
